So, this book is an attempt to elucidate what we know about general anaesthetics and what we don’t. 

Our protagonist is Harry, a fit young adult who has just been diagnosed with appendicitis. Come and join him as he undergoes surgery to fix his appendix with the help of the diverse group of chemicals known as general anaesthetics.

    This is a short book on how anaesthetics work, explained along the story of a appendix OP. It's free and it's a pleasure to read. I learned a lot by reading it, so give it a try!
